Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring the orders dated 08.02.2019 and 12.03.2019 passed by the Administrator, Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India against the Tamil Nadu Amateur Kabaddi Association to amend its Bye - Laws and to hold Elections so as to be in compliance with the National Sports Development Code of India 2011 as null and void in law and passed without authority of law and without jurisdiction.
