O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) A petition dated 18.09.2017 received from one Lakhsmi Gandhi is treated as a writ petition.

2.The petitioner has stated that she has been harassed and kept under surveillance by some influential persons for reasons entirely personal. From her complaint, it appears that she has been threatened. She fears that she will be framed as a terrorist. 3.There can be no question of the petitioner being framed as a terrorist, when, according to her, there is not even any complaint against her. The telephone service providers shall not tap any phone belonging to the petitioner and the police authorities shall ensure that the petitioner is not stalked or harassed in any manner whatsoever. Writ petition is, accordingly, closed.
