ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 60 days without escort to her husband/the detenue Saranvanan son of Kandhasamy aged about 50 years bearing Convict No.825 confined at (2)The husband of the petitioner herein is a convict prisoner. The petitioner, wife of the detenu has submitted a representation dated 28.10.2023 seeking 60 days ordinary leave for her husband without escort. (3)The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the said representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2023 has been considered and rejected by the 2nd respondent vide order dated 10.11.2023. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 10.11.2023 before this Court. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also served a copy of the said order to the learned
counsel for the petitioner before us.
