EP.No.109 of 2022 EP.No.109 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J and C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J (Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J) In continuation of the order passed by this Court on 30.08.2023 and in compliance thereat, the judgment debtor had deposited a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- in the account maintained by the judgment debtor in HDFC Bank. The said amount being transferred to the account of Official Assignee. Thus, the agreed amount of Rs.4,20,000/- towards full satisfaction is now received by the decree holder/Official Assignee.

2. In view of the full satisfaction, EP.No.109 of 2022 is terminated. There is no impediment for the judgment debtor to operate the account maintained in the garnishee Bank.
