Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in C.M.P.No.77/GOONDA/Salem City/2024 dated 08.10.2024 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to
produce the detenue Pandiyan @ Athanurpatty Pandiyan @ Thirumuruga Veerapandiyan, S/o.Ponraman, aged about 53 years, before this Court, to be detained at Central Prison, Salem, now he is detained in the District Jail, Attur and set him at liberty forthwith.
