(Order of the Court was made by SUNDER MOHAN, J.) The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10187 of 2019 dated 27.04.2019 directing him to appear before the Principal District Court at Dharmapuri daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is now facing trial in another case before the Principal District Court, Coimbatore. Therefore, he seeks for modification of the condition so that he would appear before the Principal District Court, Coimbatore, instead of before the Principal District Court, Dharmapuri, as directed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who has no serious objection, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered directing the petitioner to appear before the Principal District & Sessions Court, Dharmapuri on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M., and also on all the future Page No.1/3

hearing dates of the case in S.C.No.71 of 2017 pending before the said Court. For the remaining days of every month, he shall appear before the Principal District Court, Coimbatore at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. (S.S.S.R.,J.) (S.M.,J.) 11.12.2023 ss Page No.2/3
