Petitioner herein being aggrieved by the frequent disturbance by the group of persons led by one Dhamu @ Dhamodararaj, has given complaint to the first respondent and same been registered in Crime No.327 of 2023. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that, FIR not been registered under the appropriate provisions of law, particularly, Special Act known as Tamil Nadu Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service institutions ( Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to property)

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, on the receipt of the complaint, FIR been registered and it is under investigation. During the investigation, if any material collected which requires alterations of charge same will be done.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a 2/4
