This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 229 days in paying the Deficit Court fee of Rs.14,000/- in C.M.A.SR.No.34907 of 2024 which is filed against the judgment and decree dated 16.11.2023 and made in M.C.O.P.No.127/2019 on the file of the Special District Court (To deal with MCOP Cases), Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed.
