This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to report before the Namakkal Police Station instead of Erumapatty Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., for a period of one month and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27376 of 2022 vide order dated 10.11.2022.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27376 of 2022 by order dated 10.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Namakkal Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
