Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Governement Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed for a simple writ of mandamus for a direction to the first and second respondents to conduct the field inspection as it is the statutory duty of the respondents and to measure the land in Town S.No.1164/29 of an extent of 0.21 square metre situated at Jarugu Village, Maniyathahalli Post, Nallampalli Taluk, in Dharmapuri District. 3.

The claim of the petitioner is that she has made an application with the Challan dated 24.07.2023 to measure the property situated in Town S.No.1164/29 of an extent of 0.21 square metre situated at Jarugu Village, Maniyathahalli Post, Nallampalli Taluk, in Dharmapuri District. So far, the respondents have not taken any steps and not even issued any notice to the petitioner, to complete the process of the said survey. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed before this Court. Page No.2 of 4

Under such circumstances, it is sufficient to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 12.10.2023 and issue notice to the petitioner and also to the adjacent owners of the land situated at the four boundaries of the petitioner's property and conduct an enquiry, if necessary and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
