The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in STC No.781 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrat, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Poonamallee for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. He would submit that there was no stay and the trial in S.T.C.No.781 of 2019 has been completed and the petitioner/accused has been found guilty by judgment of the trial Court dated 17.11.2023.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed having become as infructuous. Consequently, connected Crl.M.Ps are closed.
