This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Cases, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19028 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police two weeks once at 10.30a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates till the victim child is examined and thereafter during the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances.
