Crl MP No.19440 of 2023 in Crl RC No.1060 of 2023 M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J.

This Court by an order dated 23.06.2023, permitted the petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrears of the maintenance amount in MC No.98 of 2017. Further, directed the petitioner to pay 50% of the monthly maintenance awarded by the Trial Court in MC No.98 of 2017 on 19.12.2022 and granted four weeks time.

2. The learned counsel further submited that the petitioner had made arrangements to deposit 50% of the arrears of amount of Rs.3,40,000/- due to be paid on 08.08.2023. The learned counsel further submitted that now the amount is ready and therefore prays this Court to grant two weeks time.

3. A period of 10 days time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to comply with the above said condition.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
