This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.

2. Based on the complaint given by father of a girl by name V.Nandhini, the petitioner herein, employer of the girl been called for enquiry by the respondent police.

3. The petitioner alleging that the police is frequently harassing him under the guise of investigation, hence this petition is filed to direct not to harass.

4. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that, since the missing girl is yet to be traced, for enquiry the petitioner was called but the petitioner was not properly co-operating. If the petitioner co-operates with the investigation, it will be helpful for the police to trace the missing girl.

5. In view of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the police, to summon the petitioner herein and call for enquiry. If such summon is not obeyed, then they can take cohesive steps and not otherwise.
