This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30a.m till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.16345 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20068 of 2023 dated 18.10.2023.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the jurisdiction Court.
