O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the Commissioner of Police, declining permission to the petitioner herein to run the SPA in the given address in the name and style of M/s. Dax and Wax.

2. The reason stated in the impugned order though contended as unconstitutional, this Court does not find any ground to interfere the order, since it only indicates that, petitioner has not obtained the required permission from the Corporation for trade. The applicant does not posses required qualification to run the SPA and it does not furnish the details about the persons whom he is going to engage and above all, he has also stated that, premises in which, SPA to be located does not have adequate parking facility.

3. In the light of the above, this Court finds no merits to entertain this petition. Accordingly,, this Writ Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is able to satisfy all the necessary requirements, can approach the Police again seeking permission to run the SPA 29.11.2023 Index : Yes/No Sma 2/4
