This petition has been filed to extend the time for the petitioners to execute sureties for further period of two weeks to comply with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.21416 of 2023, dated 06.10.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 05.01.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
