ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 12.03.2023 given by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The main contention of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent along with others, fraudulently, sold the property belongs to the petitioner's mother to Jipmer Employees Co-operative Housing Society and subsequently, sold to Puduvai Co-operative Milk Producers Union. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 12.03.2023 to the respondents. But still the respondents have not considered the same.

3. Mrs.V.Usha, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since there is no adverse order against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

4. It is seen from the records that the documents under challenge are of the year 1997 and and 2006 and the petitioner has not given any valid reason as to why he did not approach the Registrar on the earlier occasion. 2/5

However, since this Writ Petition is filed seeking a simple writ of mandamus to dispose of the petitioner's representation, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2023, issue notice to the petitioner, 4th respondent herein and also to the interested parties/rival claimants/objectors if any as the case may be and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
