These two applications are presented by the plaintiff seeking to: (i) condone the delay of 104 days in filing the application to set aside the order of abatement and (ii) set aside the abatement.

2. On instructions, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection to A.Nos.27 and 28 of 2023 being allowed.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of A.Nos.27 and 28 of 2023 and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the said applications are allowed as prayed for.
