Heard Mr. R.Muralidharan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. C.Sangamithirai, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider the representation dated 23.09.2017 made by the Petitioner within the time limit that may be fixed by the Court. In the said representation, the Petitioner had contended that the Fourth Respondent by production of bogus certificate was appointed to the post of Primary Anganwadi Worker in Ummayalpatti School Anganwadi Centre, Kollidam Circle, Kollidam, Nagapattinam District.

The Second Respondent has filed additional CounterAffidavit dated 16.03.2022 stating that the Fourth Respondent was not appointed as Anganwadi Worker in Ummayalpatti School Anganwadi Centre, Kollidam Circle, Kollidam, Nagapattinam District and that one K.Rajasri, who has been selected, is presently working in that post.

In such circumstances, it is evident that the contentions raised by the Petitioner are factually incorrect and the question of requiring to dispose the representation made by her does not arise. Nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
