This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.22722 of 2022 vide order dated 25.11.2022.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and later, granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.22722 of 2022 vide order dated 25.11.2022, with certain conditions. The learned trial Judge, while granting bail to the petitioner, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. He further submitted that since the petitioner is working in a Private Company located at Jaipur, it would be difficult for him to report daily, thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2/4
5. Considering the above submissions, the condition (b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.22722 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022., is modified as follows and the other conditions remains unaltered.
