This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed, quiet apart from the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances.
