This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Neems Kerala Ayurveda Clinic SPA" at D.No.5/583, Muthali Thottam, Kalingarayan Palayam, Erode, Erode District, by passing orders on the representation dated 11.08.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation dated 11.08.2022 alleged to have been given by the petitioner to the first respondent is not available. If the petitioner gives a fresh representation, that would be considered in the manner to law.

3. Recording the same, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first respondent. On receiving such representation, the first respondent is directed to pass orders in the manner known to law. 2/4
