This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.08.2022 made in W.P.No.17213 of 2019.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that, the order of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order dated 09.01.2024, in which even though the plea raised by the petitioner having been considered was rejected which has been taken as if that the order of this Court has been complied, therefore no further pursuasive action is required, hence, this contempt petition has to be closed, accordingly, it is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 09.01.2024, if he is advised to do so in the manner known to law.
