This application has been filed to implead the District Collector, Thiruvallore as the 3rd respondent in this writ petition. The respondents have no objection to implead the party as the officer premises under Section 10 of the Electricity Act, 2003 has to be obtained by the respondents entered on the petitioner's property.

Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed.
