This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.116 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and so such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same, on filing undertaking affidavit and proper identification and acknowledgement in Crl.O.P.No.19656 of 2024 by an order dated 29.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has raised funds and he is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.116 of 2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court for appearance and execution of sureties in Crl.O.P.No.19656 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
