This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking permission to file the appeal through their Authorised Signatory Mr. Ashish Kumar Dhandhanya, in terms of the Board Resolution dated 06.07.2022 and consequently accept the cause title of the appeal reflecting the name of Mr. Ashish Kumar Dhandhanya.
