This petition has been filed to accept the cause title, by impleading the legal heirs of the deceased Thangavel Gounder, the applicant in I.A.No.964/2019 in Un.No.Rev. Application in A.S.No.10/2007 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Puducherry, as parties/petitioners in the civil revision petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
