.. Respondent in Contempt Petition/ Sub Application Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 to punish the respondent herein for their willful non compliance to the orders of this Court dated 25.10.2019 made in W.M.P. No.30782 of 2019 and W.P. No.30703 of 2019.

Sub Application No.562 of 2019 filed U/S 151 of CPC to direct the respondent herein to allow the petitioner to remit the semester exam fees fowthwith to enable her to undertake the semester Examination including the viva scheduled from 02.12.2019 to 05.12.2019 and 10.12.2019 to 17.12.2019 pending disposal of the present Contempt Petition.

Mrs.G.Thilagavathi, learned Senior Counsel representing for Mr.R.Gophinath, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 23.09.2020 directing the respondent Academy to accommodate the petitioner by re-allocating one seat under the Management quota for the academic year 2020-21 has been complied with.

2.Since the petitioner has been admitted under the Management Quota for the academic year 2020-21 and thereafter a letter has also been forwarded to the Chairman, Monitoring Committee for consideration, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
