They also agree for the order dated 23.12.2022 read in conjunction with the order dated 06.02.2023 shall continue till the disposal of the suit. However, any decision made in the main suit will have to be made un-influenced by any of the observations recorded in the order dated 23.12.2022 as well as in the order dated 06.02.2023.

3. After recording the rival submissions, these applications are disposed of by extending the order dated 23.12.2022 read with order dated 06.02.2023 till the final disposal of the suit.
