PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.7893 of 2023 dated 3.11.2023, on the file of the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai-104 and permit the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two reliable sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur instead of executing one among the two sureties being a Government servant.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of paragraph no.6 in Crl.MP.No.7893 of 2023 in Crime No.153 of 2023, order dated 3.11.2023 of the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, wherein, it had been stated that out of the two acceptable and reliable sureties, one surety should be a Government servant. It is stated that one blood surety would be alternatively produced. It is permitted. 2.The learned counsel states that the brother would appear as a surety. Let the details and other aspects of the brother be verified.
