The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the transfer order dated 13.11.2004, transferring the petitioner from Tiruvanmiyur Branch to Tittagudi Branch.
2. Initially, this Court has granted interim stay of the transfer order. The said transfer order was passed in the year 2004. After a period of fourteen years, I do not find anything for adjudication.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner also retired from service.
4. Hence, I do not find anything survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
