This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24444 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
