(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set side the judgment of conviction and sentence passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District, in S.C.No.97 of 2011 dated 11.10.2018.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are two appellants in this appeal and they both died pending appeal. He also produced the copy of the death certificates of the appellants.
