This petition has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the lower Court as per the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the lower court.

4. Further the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- is modified. Accordingly, the petitioner shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-. All other conditions remain unaltered.
