No. 2029209 /General .1 (1) / 2022 dated 01.04.2022.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks non traceable certificate for the lost documents.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner has not furnished proper documents for proof of loss of documents. He also states that certain documents sought for not yet been produced by the petitioner and if those documents produced by the petitioner, his representation will be considered as per the circular issued by the District General of Police.
