It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that there is a process to detain the petitioner under Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh application, after a period of three weeks, if the said process is not completed.
