Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Order passed by the First Respondent in R.C.No.B1/073777/2001 dated 6.07.2001 insofar as the Petitioner is concerned and quash the same and direct the First Respondent to draw seniority list on the basis of the order passed by the First Respondent in R.C.No.B1/177/90 dated 15.12.1993 and further promote the Petitioner as Assistant Registrar on that basis.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Seniority List issued by the First Respondent vide Proceedings in R.C.No.B1/073777/2001 dated 6.07.2001 .

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has reached the age of superannuation after filing of the Writ Petition and nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court records.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected WPMP is closed. s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar sr
