ORDER

The petitioner herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 194(1) of BNSS in Crime 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

rna No.875 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein states that the defacto complainant who is the travels owner had lodged complaint for the death of one Ahsarudeen. This petitioner is the named accused in the FIR.

3. That the FIR indicates it is non mitigated offence and without any indication to cause the death of one Ahsarudeen it is clearly state that it is not affix case for granting anticipatory bail. In view of the facts and circumstances of the petitioner and he is being native of Kerala State.

4. For the said reasons, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at present. 04.09.2025 rna To 1.The Inspector of Police, Madipakkam Police Station, Chennai.
