ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Seniority List issued by the First Respondent vide Proceedings in R.C.No.B1/073777/2001 dated 6.07.2001 .

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has reached the age of superannuation after filing of the Writ Petition and nothing

survives for adjudication in the matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court records.
