ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional SubCourt, Ariyalur to dispose of A.S No. 12 of 2020 within the time frame to be fixed by this court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that A.S No. 12 of 2020 is pending before the Sub Court, Ariyalur, for past three years without any progress. Hence, the prays to dispose the same within the time frame fixed by this Court.
3. Considering the facts of the case, the appeal is pending before the Sub Court, Ariyalur, without any progress for more than three years. Hence, the Sub Court, Ariyalur, is directed to dispose of the A.S No. 12 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Cost. 05.12.2023 pbl
