For Respondent : Mr. R.P.Murugan Raja Government Advocate Order Heard Mr.P.Sam Japa Singh learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. .P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025 and further to direct the respondent to measure the property, fix the boundaries with stones to identify demarcation of boundaries and furnish all the revenue records regarding the petitioner's property in Old Grama Natham Survey No.187/8 New Survey No.468/14 Patta No.101, measuring as extent of 3488 Sq.ft. situated at Duraisami Nagar Raod, Ponmar Village Vandalur Taluk, Sub Registration District of Guduvanchery registration district of Tambaram Chengalpattu District.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit 2/6

that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the subject property (morefully described in para No.2 of this order); that the petitioner made an representation dated 08.08.2025 to the respondent seeking for survey and fix the boundary stones, however, as on date, no action has been taken by the respondent with regard to such representation, which necessitated the petitioners to approach this Court by way of present Writ Petition seeking for aforesaid relief.

4. Learned Government Advocate for respondent fairly submitted that the representation made by the petitioner would be considered and appropriate steps would be taken by the respondent-Authority within four weeks if a direction is issued in that regard.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer, sought for in this Writ Petition and in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.08.2025 and take suitable steps for conducting a survey 3/6

in the petitioner's property and demarcate the same by metes and bounds after giving notice to all the interested parties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say, in the event, any obstruction is being caused by any third parties, the respondent is at liberty to seek the assistance of the Police Officials, in which case, the concerned Jurisdictional Police is directed to render all kinds of assistance, as required, by the Revenue Official for demarcation of the subject property. No costs.
