This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2022 and to give suitable direction to the 4th respondent to declare the petitioner as a successful bidder and to execute the work order and allow the petitioner to start the work which is allotted to him within a stipulated time limit fixed by the respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 will consider the said representation of the petitioner and will pass suitable orders on merit. 2/4

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2022 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
