The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.14365 of 2021 on condition that he shall execute a surety within a period of two weeks. However, he is unable to execute a surety within a period of two weeks. He would further submit that the petitioner is now ready to comply with the condition.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the case is taken up in P.R.C.10 of 2021 in Crime No.1942 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Avinashi, Tiruppur. He further submit that there is one previous case is pending against the petitioner.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Avinashi, Tiruppur on all working days at 10.30a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on the date shall be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
