2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, praying for quashing the proceedings of the first respondent in its order No.A9/693/2001 dated 09.05.2003.

3.Since the period of lease sought for by the petitioner is already over, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
