ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking relief to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.111 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police as illegal. 2.

Heard Mr.S.Kamadevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned Crime No.111 of 2018, the respondent Police completed the investigation and handed over the final report to the Additional Public Prosecutor for getting approval.

In view of the above said submission, since already the investigation has been completed in the petition mentioned crime number, nothing survive for further adjudication. However, the first respondent police is directed to file final report before the competent Court within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
