This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.10.2024, seeking bail in Crime No.237 of 2024 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 310(2) of BNS.

2.The case of the prosecution as per the Defacto Complainant is that on 06.10.2024 he went to the movie theatre along with his friends, at the time, while returning back the petitioner along with his companion threatened and assaulted them and took Rs.3,500/- and one Samsung M3 mobile phone and caused severe injuries to them . Hence the case. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of 1/4

bail to the petitioner.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are two previous cases, similar in nature pending against the petitioner, hence, he opposed for granting bail to the petitioner.

5.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6.Taking into consideration the facts and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and considering the fact that there are two previous cases, similar in nature pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
