The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.23 of 2023, registered under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC r/w 4(i), 76(i) of Chit Fund Act.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.It is stated on behalf of the respondent that final report had been filed showing the petitioners herein as absconding accused before the Judicial Magistrate, Madukarai. Anticipatory bail application would not lie.
