2. The petitioner alleging that the police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry seeking direction to the police not to harass him for a civil dispute over the property.
3. However, from the complaint given by the petitioner herein to the Additional Superintendent of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Chennai, Superintendent of Police, Tirupattur District and Inspector of Police, Kandhili Police Station, Tirupattur, indicates that this petitioner had enticed several persons to deposit in the chit schemes run by one Mohan Babu under the name of internal finance services, later the said Mohan Babu has defaulted and therefore, the persons who have invested money on the direction of the petitioners had given complaint against the petitioner. Whereas, the petitioner himself has given complaint stating that he is also one of the victim to the scheme of said Mohan Babu.
4. It is a matter for investigation and the Court by virtue of Section 482 Cr.P.C., cannot interfere in the investigation which has grave 2/4
