These petitions have been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent namely Muthusamy gounder and to implead the proposed third respondent as the third respondent in the above civil revision petition.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title in the above Civil Revision Petition.
